Dina Lapshina graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Degree in Law, with honors).

During 15 years of professional career Dina provided legal support to Russian and multinational companies, including top ten companies operating in pharmaceutical, telecommunication, oil & gas, automotive and other  industries.

Dina Lapshina provides legal advice on various matters of civil, corporate, commercial law, including investment projects (acquisition of real estate and other assets, joint ventures establishment, carrying out of legal due diligence etc.),  works out complex contractual structure to optimise commercial activities of companies. Dina has wide experience in supporting international trade transactions, drafting distribution, logistics, lease and other agreements.

Dina successfully represents clients in complicated litigations, including  property, contractual, corporate and tax disputes. She played lead role in forming court practice favorable for the taxpayers.  Dina has considerable experience of out of court dispute resolution, representing clients before state authorities in administrative proceedings.

Dina managed projects on setting up business in Russia by international companies from the ground up: worked out an optimal business-model, corporate and contractual structure, provided legal advice on tax and other risks minimising.

Dina Lapshina is the author of many publications on civil, tax, antimonopoly law issues, data protection etc.

Ekaterina Bykova

Ekaterina graduated from Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov (Degree in Law, with honors, gold medal). Ekaterina has more than 10 years’ experience as a legal counsel. During several years Ekaterina worked as a Legal Lead for Russia and CIS in a major international company.

Ekaterina has broad experience assisting clients on general corporate matters including shareholders’ arrangements and Companies Charter compliance, representative offices of foreign companies accreditation, business integration. Her practice also includes advice on commercial arrangements, labor, IP matters.

In addition to legal consulting, Ekaterina does scientific researches; she has published more than 10 articles on human rights protection, intellectual property, court defense, consumers’ rights etc. Ekaterina also has teaching experience gained at the Law Faculty of Moscow State University. Since 2003 Ekaterina is a member of International Law Association.

Svetlana Iontseva

Svetlana Iontseva graduated from Moscow State Lomonosov University (Degree in Law, International Law specialization, 2000). Svetlana received her Ph. D. in Economics from Moscow State Lomonosov University (2008).  In 2012 Svetlana  had advanced training at Central European University in Budapest.

Svetlana Iontseva has more than 15-years’ extensive experience as a practicing lawyer working on a wide range of legal issues of international and civil law. Main fields of her activity include: contracts drafting and review, participation in negotiations, contracts follow-up; international trade issues, including exclusive distribution; lease transactions support; out-of-court disputes resolution.

Svetlana is the author of various articles and publications, including the author's monograph and own lecture course. She actively participates in international and local projects and conferences.

At the moment Svetlana successfully combines commercial practices, scientific researches and teaching students of Moscow State Lomonosov University
